Who we are

What we collect and why
- Waiting list: first name, email, general area, travel preferences, optional comments — to understand demand.
- Driver interest: first name, email, general area, licence status (yes/no), working preferences — to gauge driver interest.
- Survey: anonymous answers — for business planning.
- Contact form: name, email, message — to reply to you.
- Marketing emails: only if you tick the optional box. It's never required.
We don't collect passwords, payment details, identity documents, licence numbers or your location.
How it's stored and who can see it
Submissions are stored in a secure database provided through Lovable's managed cloud platform. Only authorised QRIBA administrators who sign in can view them. Website visitors cannot see anyone's submissions.
How long we keep it
We'll keep your information for two years after QRIBA launches, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw marketing consent, by contacting us or emailing qriba.justforher@gmail.com. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
